We've just rolled out a campaign that our client is delighted with and we haven't even touched the body work of the taxi with any advertising wrap!
Unless you are riding in a cab, it's not always easy to appreciate the other pieces of promotional space that come with a taxi advertising package. The tip seats and the receipt are both items that can be personlised and branded for a campaign. Clients can choose a campaign that is a wrap, seats and receipts, or just choose the second and third option as in this case.
This is what Liverpool John Lennon Airport wanted. They had a specific message to promote their onsite airport parking and how the best value parking deals were achieved by booking early. In communication terms that's too specific a message to get across on the cab exterior. But because of typical taxi journey times, a passenger in a cab, staring at a tip seat in front of them has the time to absorb the message. The message is then reinforced with taxi receipts that carry the advert on the reverse.
Timing is key as well. February is peak booking time for summer holidays and people booking their breaks are very likely to get their parking sorted out at the same time.
