To the best of our knowledge, London taxis have never previously been used to promote a football match. But that is no longer the case as we were delighted to run a supaside campaign to promote the Saudi Arabian Super cup being played at QPR's home at Loftus Road.
The match between Al Hlal and Al Nassr was the first time that the opener for the Saudi season had been played outside their homeland. London was a perfect venue as both teams weren't far away in Austria for pre-season training and of course the capital has a large ex-pat community and have a fanatic passion for football.
Black Cab Advertising helped to create a real sense of occasion with branded London taxi supasides and interior tip seats.
We are so aware of the special role that drivers can play so we placed special emphasis on working with drivers in typical ex-pat locations such as Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Edgware Road. The campaign was developed and delivered at very short notice. It created a real impact and helped encourage 15,000 fans to attend the match.

"I worked with Black Cab Advertising on a project to promote the Saudi Super Cup in London 2015.
The company was a pleasure to work with. They delivered the agreed services on time and to budget and I can't ask for more than that.
I look forward to working with Black Cab Advertising in the future."
